The cost for flu vaccine is $42 or Medicare part B/private insurance will be billed. The high-dose flu vaccine is available for those 65 and older. The cost for high dose is $90 or Medicare part B will be billed.

Medicare, State of Illinois employees, most private insurance, and cash will be accepted at any clinic. Please have your Driver’s License, Insurance Card(s), and State employee ID (if applicable).

The Fayette County Health Department will accept Medicaid in the OFFICE ONLY. Children 18 years of age and younger or State of Illinois Public Aid recipients need to call and schedule an appointment.
